About Vestamedia
Vestamedia started from a simple observation: local businesses have no time for dashboards, but every guest looks them up first. What they find is usually half a Google profile and a phone number. So we build the part that is missing: a site of your own, a button to request a table, and a way to change all of it by message.
Why Vestamedia exists
Agencies are expensive, and site builders assume you feel like using a site builder in the evening. Booking systems assume someone sits in a dashboard and clicks. That is exactly why they gather dust in small businesses. Vestamedia closes that gap: the result of an agency, as simple as sending a text.
A few messages, a few photos. By text or WhatsApp. No form, no login.
We show you a finished site and three available domains to pick from. You decide, we set it up. The domain is registered in your name.
Hours, prices, a week off. And when a guest sends a request, we ask you before anything is confirmed.
No duct-tape setup. Vestamedia runs on the same infrastructure large companies trust.
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Business via official interfaces (OAuth), we never see your passwords.
Your site, your customer data and the chat history sit on servers in the EU, under some of the strictest privacy law in the world. For sending messages and publishing we work with providers we name individually in the privacy notice.
Chat history and content are encrypted at rest. Download your data in your account anytime and request deletion there with one click.
Billing via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Card data never touches our servers.
Who's behind Vestamedia
I'm Lasse, founder of Vestamedia, based in Düsseldorf. For eight years I did nothing but social media for local businesses, and kept seeing the same thing: people with great shops and good moments every day, but no time, energy or patience left in the evening for captions, hashtags and three different apps. Agencies are too expensive, the usual tools too fiddly. Vestamedia is the thing I always wanted to hand my clients: you send a message, and Vestamedia takes care of the rest. In the chat you talk to our AI assistant. If you'd rather talk to a person, just write "human".
